Shipping and Return Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes

4. Order Cancellations

Please Note:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled unless faulty.
  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs if the item is not faulty.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Eligibility

Returns and refunds are only available for:

  • Faulty or Damaged Products: Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.

You must report issues within 30 days of delivery, and provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

5.2 Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind (unless the product was purchased without seeing it)
  • Personal preferences (fragrance or texture)
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product performance
  • Opened or used items (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty

6. How to Report Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Our team will review your claim within 2 working days and respond.

Approved Claims: You will receive a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights.

7. Return Shipping

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Return shipping costs will be covered by Mufasa Man.
  • Other Returns: You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

8. Refund Processing

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Delivery Costs: Standard delivery costs will also be refunded if the item was faulty.
