Terms and Conditions
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") on which we supply any of the products ("Products") listed on our website https://mufasaman.co.uk/ (the "Site") to you.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You should also review our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Information

2. The Formation of the Contract
- You may place an order to purchase a Product advertised on the Site by following the on-screen prompts after selecting the item you wish to buy.
- You will be given the opportunity to check and correct any errors before submitting your order by clicking the "Pay Now" button on the "Payment Details" page.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, along with an order number and summary. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
- Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance. Acceptance will only occur when we send you an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). At that point, a binding contract ("Contract") will exist.
- The Contract will apply only to Products confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
- We may decline to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances.
- Your order may not be processed if:
- the Product is out of stock or discontinued; or
- there is an issue with payment authorisation.
3. Delivery
- We will normally deliver all Products in one shipment, directly to the delivery address provided in your order.
- Please see our Delivery Information page for details of available delivery options.
- We cannot deliver items from the same order to multiple addresses.
- Deliveries will be made to your door and must be signed for at the delivery address.
- We cannot accept orders for delivery to certain restricted territories (for example, Russia, Mainland China, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, and any others we may update from time to time).
4. Risk and Ownership
- Products become your responsibility once delivered. Except where Products are faulty, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied, we accept no liability for loss, damage, or destruction after delivery.
- Ownership of Products will only transfer to you once:
- the Products are delivered to you; and
- we have received full payment (including delivery charges).
5. Price and Payment
- Product prices are displayed in UK£ Sterling, inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges (which are added during checkout).
- Prices may change at any time, but will not affect orders already confirmed with a Dispatch Confirmation.
- Payment must be made in full before your order can be completed.
- We accept most major credit and debit cards via our secure checkout system.
- By using a payment card, you confirm it belongs to you. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by their card issuer. If authorisation is refused, your order will not be accepted, and we are not obliged to explain the reason for the refusal.
- We are not liable for any bank charges incurred due to card processing.
- In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we will either:
- contact you before dispatch for instructions, or
- cancel your order and notify you accordingly.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
6.1 Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it has already been delivered.
To Cancel Your Order:
Email us at care@mufasaman.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Your request to cancel
Please Note:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled unless faulty.
- You may be responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items.
6. 2 When Refunds Apply
Refunds are available for:
- Faulty or Damaged Products: Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
- Notification Period: You must report any issues within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Change of Mind: Unless the product was purchased without seeing it.
- Personal Preferences: Such as fragrance or texture.
- Opened or Used Items: For hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Minor Packaging Variations: That do not affect product performance.
6.3 How to Request a Refund
Email at care@mufasaman.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or faulty item and packaging
We will provide return instructions and a return address.
6.4 Return Shipping
- Faulty or Damaged Items: We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Other Returns: You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
6.5 Refund Processing
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Standard delivery costs will also be refunded if the item is faulty.
6.6 Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or Used Items (unless faulty)
- Sale or Promotional Items (unless faulty)
- Personalised Items (unless faulty)
7. Our Liability
- We accept no liability for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses (including loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunities, or other similar losses).
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraudulent misrepresentation;
- or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Notices

9. General
- If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.
- We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes on the Site. Changes will not apply retrospectively to purchases already made.
- Failure by us to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Purchases may only be concluded in English.
- We do not sell Products for resale, nor may they be divided and resold. Orders suspected of resale may be cancelled and refunded.
